Neelima Kundu is a dedicated academician currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of English at International Standard University, Dhaka. With a passion for English language, Applied Linguistics, literature, and academic development, she aims to foster critical thinking, communication skills, and literary appreciation among students in higher education.
Neelima Kundu began her academic career after completing a Master’s Applied Linguistics / ELT from University of Dhaka and has since been involved in teaching, curriculum development, and academic guidance. Recently she has been pursuing her second masters in Language Education and Research. She is also experienced in language technology Govt. project in Bangladesh. She has also taken part in various training programs and workshops to stay aligned with contemporary teaching methodologies and global academic standards.
Her academic interests include different courses related to Applied Linguistics, Language Education, Language Technology, English language teaching (ELT), Literature of English and Corpus linguistics. She regularly participates in academic workshops, seminars, and professional development initiatives to stay current with global pedagogical practices and trends in English studies.
As a member of the faculty, Neelima Kundu is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to think critically, communicate effectively, and engage meaningfully with texts and contexts from around the world.
She aims to contribute meaningfully to the academic mission of International Standard University and to support student development through innovative teaching and scholarly engagement.
